Nice to meet you!

I am a health professional educated at the Academy of Physical Education in Amsterdam, with a background in Strength & Conditioning and Outdoor Sports.

My work focuses on helping professionals gain clarity about their health and how it functions within the reality of their work, responsibilities and daily life. Rather than prescribing plans or routines, I look at what is realistic, sustainable and meaningful on an individual level.

Through analysis and insight into movement, recovery, nutrition and pressure, I help professionals understand where their health supports their life and where it quietly works against it. Not in competition with their career, but in a way that strengthens it.

We work differently

At Origins Fitness Club, we work with a small, carefully selected group of professionals to ensure depth, focus and quality.

Our work is centered on creating clarity around health and understanding how it functions within the reality of work, responsibility and daily life. Rather than offering guidance or fixed solutions, we focus on insight and context as the basis for sustainable change.

By looking for patterns instead of problems, we help professionals understand where their health supports their life, and where it quietly works against it. Health should not compete with your career or private life, but fit into it in a way that strengthens both.

When health no longer competes with daily life, professionals often notice that they are able to:

  • move through the day with more consistent energy and less underlying fatigue
  • stay focused and make clear, confident decisions under pressure
  • handle stress without constantly feeling mentally overloaded
  • recover more effectively from demanding weeks and busy schedules
  • feel physically reliable rather than persistently drained or stiff
  • come home with enough energy left for family, friends and personal life
  • say “yes” to playing with their children instead of feeling too tired
  • build a sustainable foundation for long-term performance and wellbeing

These outcomes are not the result of discipline or rigid plans, but of clarity and alignment.
